Welcome to Monday!

I’m sure most of you feel this way about Monday, but here me out!

Debt Free: 5 Things You Can Do Now!

How is everyone doing with aligning their dreams and goals? I’d love to hear what you have come up with-  comment below so I can see and be inspired by YOU!
I hope every one had a great weekend, even if the weather here in New England was dreary. The beginning of a week is a great opportunities to start  fresh but also provides challenges and opportunities to get side tracked from goals you have set.
Here are 3 easy steps you can take NOW to help keep you on track this week!
1- Meal Prep! When your meals  aren’t planned you are more likely to spend money on take out or going out to eat. You find yourself hungry, with “nothing to eat” and short on time. I’m working on a post that goes into more detail about my #Sundayfoodprep shenanigans, so stay tuned, but in the meantime take 20 mins and plan your meals for the week and post them on the fridge!
2- View your credit card statement and online bank account balances at least three times a week. This helps keep spending In check. Review your purchases and reflect on what was necessary and what you could do different in the future.
3- Only go to the store once. Make a list of what you need and don’t go back unless it’s life or death. I’m not kidding. This helps eliminate any impulse purchases and excess spending. You will survive without milk for two days- and so won’t your family despite their constant whining. It gets better, I promise.
